I loveeee me a bagel and these âprotein bagelsâ did not disappoint !! đ¤¤đ¤¤ I made half with jalapeĂąo cheddar and the other half with EBTB seasoning (although it was the bottom of my shaker and I think all I had left in there was dried onions lol)
RECIPE:
⢠Preheat 350 deg & line a baking sheet with parchment paper
⢠2 cups all purpose flour
⢠2 cups 0% plain fage greek yogurt
⢠2 tsp baking powder
⢠1/4 tsp salt
⢠Mix dry ingredients then add greek yogurt
⢠Mix until combined (will probably need to use hands)
⢠Roll into a log & cut into 4 equal parts
⢠Add your stuffings at this point if youâre going to then form into bagel shapes
⢠Use 1 egg for egg wash
⢠Add toppings
⢠Bake for about 30 mins
