My Go-To Green Juice Recipe

I make this green juice recipe on repeat and I love how fresh it tastes. I split it over 3 servings and usually drink 1 the same day that I make it. I don’t recommend doubling or making any more than 2-3 days worth or else it will likely go bad.

I use this large blender to make the green juice and usually have to blend half the ingredients then add the rest so there’s enough space in the blender.

16 oz water

1 handful of ice

6 stalks of celery

2 green apples

3 cups fresh spinach

2-3 cucumbers (dependent on size)

Juice of 2 lemons

2 tsp ginger (or more if you like the flavor)

After blending I grab a big bowl and pour it over this nut milk bag to strain the pulp. I use my hands to squeeze out all the juice and then I store in the refrigerator in these masor jars.
