Okay I will definitely be making this strawberry peach kale salad again !! 💖🥬🍓🍑 Whipped this together on Sunday & ate it for 3 days. It was best day 1 & 2 tbh but convenience >>> anything lol. The only thing I left out until serving were the nuts but you could keep everything separate to avoid sogginess. Kale holds up well after being dressed & I actually prefer it once it sits though !! RECIPE:
〰️ chopped kale massaged in olive oil
〰️ chopped strawberries
〰️ chopped peaches
〰️ chopped seedless mini cucumbers
〰️ chopped red onion
〰️ goat cheese crumbles
〰️ dressing: 1/3 olive oil, 1/3 cup balsamic, 1 tbsp maple syrup, S&P
〰️ candied nuts right before serving (I used a blend but you could use any type honestly)
