If you’re like me, you’ll love this recipe. The goat cheese takes it next level. Prepare for gooey goodness.

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. brussels sprouts, ends removed, quartered
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 1/2 tbsp orange juice
1/2 tbsp EVOO
3/4 tsp dijon mustard
pomegranate seeds
goat cheese
DIRECTIONS
Heat avo oil over medium heat in a skillet
Add brussels and garlic to skillet and cook 8-10 minutes
Whisk together OJ, EVOO, and mustard
Drizzle brussels with dressing and top with pom seeds and goat cheese
