The @sharkbeauty FlexStyle is meant to be used on damp hair FYI but I filmed this the morning after an everything shower so my hair was dry !! Works just as well IMO. Type HAIR for the details ✨🎀
Okay I will definitely be making this strawberry peach kale salad again !! 💖🥬🍓🍑 Whipped this together on Sunday & ate it for 3 days. It was best day 1 & 2 tbh but convenience >>> anything lol. The only thing I left out until serving were the nuts but you could keep everything separate to avoid sogginess. Kale holds up well after being dressed & I actually prefer it once it sits though !! RECIPE: 〰️ chopped kale massaged in olive oil 〰️ chopped strawberries 〰️ chopped peaches 〰️ chopped seedless mini cucumbers 〰️ chopped red onion 〰️ goat cheese crumbles 〰️ dressing: 1/3 olive oil, 1/3 cup balsamic, 1 tbsp maple syrup, S&P 〰️ candied nuts right before serving (I used a blend but you could use any type honestly)
The lemon honey chicken salad recipe is @paigekight_ & you should go to her page if you want it !! 🍋🌱🍯 SOOO GOOD 🤤 For the pesto I used: 2 cups basil 1/2 cup pine nuts 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 garlic cloves S&P to taste 1/4 cup grated parmesan 1/4 cup or more of extra virgin olive oil
I promise it’s not as scary as it looks and always turns out fine 😅 I use @ardellbeauty at home brow tint in the shade light brown & leave on for anywhere between 7-10 mins depending on how dark I want them 💫
The caterpillar saga really got me in my feels 🥲🐛🦋 Because these seemingly mundane days with are the moments & memories that are building her childhood 💕
Honestly panzanella salad is one of my all-time favorites that I have on my rotation !! 🥒🍅💓🥕 It requires a bit of chopping but is sooo worth it. I use tons of veggies so once it’s made, it lasts all week. Here’s what I use: 〰️ mini seedless cucumbers, sliced rounds 〰️ cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered 〰️ red onion, thinly sliced 〰️ raw zucchini, small-ish chopped pieces 〰️ carrots, chopped rounds 〰️ snap peas, chopped 〰️ mozzarella, pearls or cut into pieces 〰️ basil, chopped 〰️ extra virgin olive oil 〰️ white balsamic vinegar 〰️ homemade croutons or crusty bread like french bread, ciabatta, or sourdough 〰️ mix everything together except for the bread which you’ll add right before serving. Sometimes I add a little bit of chunky sea salt or extra EVOO/white balsamic vin right before serving too!
For the first 22 years of my life, I completely neglected my face. 80% of the time I would sleep in a full face of makeup. Granted, I never had any skin problems, so I thought it was fine to maltreat my dome-piece.
Within the past year, I started to pay more attention (more-so obsess over) the subtle “laugh lines” in the corners of my eyes, the natural creases in my forehead, and the ring lines on my neck. I slowly became a skin care product fanatic. Now I know I sound crazy because I’m only 23 BUT we are 1 day older than we were yesterday and its never too early to start preventing aging!!
There are some products I stay loyal to, but most of the time I love trying new ones. On the regular, I use my Clarisonic with their Refreshing Gel Cleanser. After any washing, I always, always, always moisturize! Apparently moisturizing and using SPF are the best ways to prevent ageing. Currently, I use Fresh: Lotus Youth Preserve face cream. I love the texture and I love the clean smell. At least 1-2x a day I also slab some Bliss: Thinny Thin Chin Neck Firming Cream on.
I try to dedicate 1 day a week to do some type of “treatment” or mask. My newest obsession, and what I used this morning, is the ever so fabulous Glam Glow: Supermud Clearing Treatment. I purchased mine at Sephora. I left it on for about 15 minutes and could literally see the mud changing colors while unclogging my pores. After I washed it off, it left my skin feeling SO crazy smooth and clean. My pores are barely visible after I use this mask. You can use this mud as a full face mask or as a spot treatment. Certainly leaves you feeling and looking GLAM!
