Pasta is my guilty pleasure. If I had to pick just 1 carb, pasta would be it. Pasta = happiness. (P.S. if anyone knows how to eat just ONE serving of pasta, please let me know the secret).
This pasta salad is so super fresh & so super easy.
So without getting technical, here’s how you can whip up this dreamy pasta salad in just 15 minutos:
Cook pasta, saute tomatoes & basil in olive oil, mix all together, toss in the mozz, squeeze a little lemon (the lemon REALLY does it for me- mmm), sprinkle some S&P- and boom, donezo.

garlic infused olive oil
fresh basil
halved grape tomatoes
cubed mozzarella
lemon
S&P
