Skinni-Mini Energy Bites

Energy Bites RecipeEnergy Bites RecipeEnergy Bites RecipeFirst and foremost, these balls of heaven require NO BAKING. It takes about 3 minutes to dump the ingredients and roll (LOL, dump and roll?!). These lil’ guys taste like something I should feel super guilty about eating but NOPE. Granted they DO have fat, but “good” fats and tons of protein. Plus, they have a crunchy texture and I live for texturey/grainy foods. These are the ingredients I used but you could totally mix it up with cinnamon, almond butter, white/dark chocolate, etc.

INGREDIENTS

+ 1 cup old fashioned oats

+ 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

+ 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

+ 1/4 cup chia seeds

+ 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

+ 1/2 cup organic honey

+ 1 tsp vanilla extract

+ 1/4  cup carob chips
