If I’m doing my lips, I never forget to LINE. I feel like many girls associate lip liner with old ladies but it helps define the shape of the lips and adds a little extra plump-effect. The color of the lip liner should somewhat match the shade of lipstick or gloss that you’re filling with, but it doesn’t have to be exact… that is what blending is for!
