Melon + Mint + Cucumber Salad

Hola…

Coming to you live from my gazebo! Today has been sort of wet & gloomy but that didn’t stop me from whipping together the most delicious, fresh, summery, picnic-esque dish.

I’ve had melon & mint salad before but I wanted to add a little twist. Next level, ya know?My mom and I test trialed this recipe with feta and balsamic but decided we like it plain the best.

The contrasting flavors sound intimidating but we swearrrrrr, it  totally works.

INGREDIENTS

+ watermelon

+ cantaloupe

+ honey dew

+ slivered cucumber

+ chopped mint

+ slivered red onion
