Hiya! Hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving filled with lots of food, fun, fam, & friends!
As for me, I’m feeling mega-plump today and just blahhhh. I read somewhere yesterday that the average caloric intake on Thanksgiving is a whopping 4,500 calories & about 230 grams of fat. Whhhhhhhhat?! (flabbergasted/disgusted).
So needless to say, I avoided the thought of that statistic yesterday and am paying for it today.
After a smidgin’ of research, I decided to jump start my morning with a few glasses of hot water + lemon juice.
Super babe-model Miranda Kerr revealed her morning beauty rituals a few months ago… and what do you know… she said she swears by sipping on this hot-toddy every morning before she runs out the door.

I dont know the exact health benefits of limes but i think they are similar to those of lemons!
