True life: I need serious help getting my protein up.
I really might have some type of diagnosable, irrational fear of chicken.
If I could, I would eat medium-cooked filet mignon on the regular… but who has the dough to live that life?! (*sigh*, I wish). Therefor, I lack in the protein department.
I’ve been curious about egg white oatmeal for a while now … so this morning I whipped some up for myself.
Just mix the oats, milk, & whisked egg whites together, microwave for 3 minutes total on 60% power, stirring half way through, & viola! Top with cinnamon, fruit, (and PB for extra protein &/or to mask the egg-whitey taste).
Yums. So fluffy.
