These little Apple Pie Bites really hit the spot over the weekend. According to you guys, there’s actually a delay on pumpkin puree so I had to go a different route with the fall recipes. Fun fact: I always had pies at my birthday parties growing up because I wasn’t a huge fan of cake! These are so simple to make and are really delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of crescent rolls
1 green apple
2-3 tbsp butter
1-2 tsp Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Seasoning
1/4 cup brown sugar
Chopped pecans (optional)
HOW-TO:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Seasoning with the brown sugar
Spread mixture on crescent rolls
Sprinkle pecans evenly
Slice apples & cut in half
Melt butter and toss over the apples
Place 1-2 apple slices at the wider end of the crescent
Roll up the apple starting at the wider side
Brush the tops with extra butter and Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Seasoning
Bake on parchment paper for 11-12 minutes
Yum – that looks amazing! I have to do some baking soon, so I might just have to give these a try!
