Spicy & Fresh Cowboy Caviar

 This dip is seriously banging’! No lie, it is THEE bomb.com.

I am a huuuuuge dip lover… buff chick dip, spinach & artichoke dip, pizza dip, 5 layer taco dip… you get it- I love them all. I could probably survive on an assortment of dips for the rest of my life and not be mad about it.

But anyway… staying on task… the reason this dip is the best is because it is actually healthy. All of those other ones have a crap-ton of cheesy ingredients and are definitely NOT guilt-free (I am not knocking cheese- i <3 cheese & I eat cheese). But with this cowboy caviar, you can simply chow the heck down.

The recipe is pretty simple to make…

△ bring the apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, & sugar to a boil and then set aside

△ chop up the peppers, onions, & jalapeño (careful not to touch your eyes or nose- I made this mistake & it was NOT fun- lol)

△ drain the corn & beans & run under cold water

△ mix all of the ingredients together and squirt the lemon juice on top

△ serve with multi-grain tortilla chips to stay on the healthy train
