True life: I suffer from dry hair syndrome (if that’s a real thing?)

A few months ago I decided to lighten up my locks again in anticipation of warmer, happier weather. Let’s just say me and bleach are not besties. I mean, I looooove the balayage look but that ish literally KILLS my hair. So needless to say I was on the hunt for a product-regimen that would UN-kill my mane.

#SUCCESS.

Here’s what I’m workin’ with these days:

HAIR PRODUCTS:

+ It’s a 10 Shampoo

+ Keratin Complex Deep Conditioner – I like to keep this on for 10-20 minutes while I do the rest of my routine in the shower for extra replenishment!

+ Thermo-Shine Thermal Protectant Mist – I spray this on before blow drying & my hair always comes out so soft and fly-away-free.

+ Keratin Complex Infusion Therapy Keratin Replenisher – this serum smells RIDICULOUS – think: coconut heaven… I like to apply this to my JUST my ends.

+ PM Dry Shampoo – Because I whole-heartedly don’t have time to wash my hair every dang day.

& MY STYLING TOOLS:

+ Twin Turbo Hair Drier – but where would I be without this thing?! Me and my mom were so obsessed with our gym’s hair drier because of how powerful it was and she found it online. Swear to gosh it speeds up the drying process by a million.

+ Amika Flat Iron – I’m not a huge fan of straightening but I have it to tame my curly-Qs to avoid looking like I have 7th grade dance tendrils when my hair is in a bun (not cute).

+ Curling Wand – Okay, I really can’t remember the last time I used a regular curling iron with that clamp thing. I love the wand because it doesn’t leave a crimpy kink. I always leave about an inch at the end of my hair uncurled to keep it looking loose and laid back. (Pet peeve = tight curls).

What are your hair secrets! Tell me, I loooooove trying new stuff.
