Greek Yogurt + Berry Pops

If you don’t have a sweet tooth, you’re probably not a female &/or a human being. I discussed the salty-sweet cycle before in this post on dark chocolate kiwi pops a few weeks ago– IT IS REAL & we met again today!

These popsicles are creamy, sweet, tart, & best of all — healthy. I’m super pumped about finally having my own pop molders so stay tuned for similar recipes because I’m definitely going to go experiment-crazy with these.

Sundays are for getting my creative juices flowing. I love a relaxing afternoon filled with sweatpants, candles, doodles, brainstorming, & trying new recipes. Here’s this past Sunday’s creation:

I N G R E D I E N T S ::

+ plain greek yogurt

+ halved raspberries

+ halved blueberries

+ honey to taste

+ juice from 1/4-1/2 lemon

[ stir everything up, spoon into the popsicle molders, & freeze for a few hours ]

Plain greek yogurt is seriously a magical ingredient — you can use it in so many ways that too many people don’t know about. Examples: in dressings, desserts, dips, as a sour cream substitute, & of course, frozen treats!

Share your popsicle creations below– I’d love to try them. x
