Creamy Feta Dip With Roasted Tomatoes

This creamy feta dip is sooo good. And the presentation is so pretty, right?! Perfect for any holiday get-togethers coming up. I served it with pita chips and toasted baguette slices but you could totally do cucumbers for a lower-carb alternative. Check out my video making this here!

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz. block of feta
2 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
honey drizzle
1/4 to 1/2 cup water depending on how thick you want it
package of tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste 
red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
thyme
toasted baguette or pita chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
• bake tomatoes with a hefty drizzle of olive oil in the oven on 350 for 25 minutes 
• add feta, cream cheese, olive oil, feta, lemon, honey, salt, & pepper to a blender or food processor until creamy
• spread mixture into a dish & top with cooked tomatoes
• garnish + add extra seasonings
