I almost forgot how much I love (and you guys love) recipe posts. These caramel apple cinnamon rolls are so yummy and easy to make to get into the fall spirit. They’re basically your classic cinnamon roll with just 2 extra ingredients to put a little seasonal spin on them.
I actually brought them as a dessert to Josh’s cousin’s birthday dinner but they’d be great for breakfast or brunch.
pre-packaged cinnamon rolls
chop apples into small pieces
assemble cinnamon rolls onto a baking sheet or dish
tuck apple pieces into the seams of the cinnamon rolls
bake according to the directions on the cinnamon roll package
allow them to cool down then top them with the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll package
melt caramel sauce and drizzle on top of the icing (I didn’t measure but I only did a little bit so they didn’t end up too sweet)
